Casablanca International Airport (Mohamed V) is where you will begin your two-week vacation in Morocco. When you arrive, your Morocco private tour guide (driver) will pick you up and transport you to your accommodation.
Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a visit to the coastal Hassan II mosque, the world’s third-largest mosque with the world’s highest minaret (210 m). It was designed by the French architect Michel Pinseau. The mosque can accommodate 25,000 worshippers inside, as well as 80,000 in the courtyard and surrounding squares. After breakfast, depart Casablanca for Rabat, Morocco’s political capital overlooking the Atlantic. we start your getaway from Chafchaouen , we will visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. You will spend the morning exploring the 2000-year-old ruins, which feature amazing mosaics from the third century BC. Lunch will be taken in Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities.
After lunch, your guide will take you on a tour of Meknes’ sights, including the majestic Bab Mansour Gate, the greatest of all Moroccan royal getaways. The gate is well-preserved, with elaborate Zellij and inscriptions on the top,Sultan Moulay Ismail (Meknes’ founder) built it in 1732 .You will then have opportunity to tour the heart of Meknes Medina: el-Hedim, the wide square facing Bab El-Mansour. Historically used for royalty statements and public executions, it’s a lovely spot to sit and watch the locals by with sellers offering miracle cures, and families promenading… you’ll head to Fes. Today we will explore Fes, Morocco’s spiritual capital and oldest city. Our skilled local guide will take us on a tour of this medieval city’s highlights. you will discover the Medina, with its narrow streets and traditional markets (souks); we visit sites of cultural and historical interest, such as the famous Al Karaouine Mosque and University, one of Africa’s largest mosques and possibly the world’s oldest university; this mosque is the religious center of Fes and Morocco itself. It can accommodate up to 20,000 people during prayer. we continue known locally as Fes el Bali. The labyrinth of the medina takes you back to the Middle Ages, with crafts hands, markets, tanneries, and mosques. Pass donkeys piled with goods (this is one of the world’s largest car-free downtown areas) and explore the souks specialty sections. Look for the Medersa Bou Inania, one of the city’s beautiful buildings.

After breakfast, we travel south through Imouzzer to reach Ifrane. The city is noted for its low temperatures, snow, and alpine-style architecture houses; it’s no surprise that it’s known as Morocco’s Switzerland. Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind for the tranquility of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Continue south and inland across beautiful countryside, with rich valleys and forests juxtaposed against bleak, rocky mountains. The area is populated by nomadic shepherds who move around caring to their flocks of goats and sheep. Pass through cedar forests and look for Barbary apes, North Africa’s only monkey.
Today, you will travel to the great Sahara. It’s an excited drive, but there will be lot of opportunities for sightseeing at the local kasbahs and palmeries (valleys filled with date palms, fields, and orchards). You may also come across nomads on their journey; these free-spirited people are born to travel with their animal herds under the open sky and never stay in one area for long. Continue through arid mountainsides and verdant valleys, stopping in frontier towns such as Erfoud until reaching the road’s the end at Merzouga, a small Saharan community
Merzouga, a lovely Saharan village bordered by orange-colored Erg Chebbi sand dunes, feels wonderfully isolated, as if the modern world has left it behind. Store your main luggage at your overnight camp on the edge of the desert, then mount a camel and watch the amazing sunset from an unusual perspective among the huge dunes. Spend the night in a desert tent under the North African stars, where you may have a home-cooked meal by the fire. Accompanied by the rhythm beats of drums and tradition berber music.
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the lovely sunrise in the middle of the desert. Free time for breakfast. Then you ride camels back to Merzouga, where the driver awaits. We will focus your two-week Morocco tour to exploring the Merzouga region. The area contains many magnificent sights, including sand dunes, wild lakes, mines, fossil locations, and fabulous oasis. Which are perfect locations for all kinds of activities in the outdoors.
We begin our adventure in Merzouga by driving off-road to see an ancient eyeliner mine. Then we make the nomads a visit in their hand-woven tent. Drink Berber tea and learn about their lifestyle Our next stop is Khamlia village, where you may enjoy Gnaoua music and dance performances. The people who live there are from sub-Saharan African nations such as Mali, Sudan, and Niger. you will have time to tast the berber pizza. afterwards that, we take a walk around the palm tree grove. Then continue a few kilometers to visit the wild lake of Merzouga, also known as Flamingo Lake. Finally, we will return to Merzouga for dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise before leaving the dunes and traveling west to Rissani, a historic market town with a unique “donkey parking lot” and craft workshops. Once the kingdom of Sijilmassa, it thrived as a caravan hub between Tombouctou and Moroccan cities. Its vibrant local market, held thrice weekly, remains a fascinating cultural experience.
Continue through lush palm groves and Berber villages to the dramatic 984-foot Todra Gorge, where you can explore and relax by the Todra River. After lunch, head to the Dades Valley to admire its sandcastles and “monkey toes” rock formations. Stay overnight at a hotel with stunning valley views, including dinner and breakfast.
After breakfast at the accommodation, we will depart via the Dades Valley to Kalaa M’gouna and Ouarzazat. The path through Dades Valley is known as the Way of the Thousand Kasbahs, and it offers countless opportunity to capture some of your greatest photographs of the trip. We’ll stop in Kalaa Mgouna, “the rose city,” for some rosewater, which will keep your linen feeling fresh long after your trip is done. Continue to Skoura and the Dirds Valley, visiting the Kasbah Ameridil, a beautifully preserved kasbah in the the area. After lunch, you will have some time to walk in the valley before continuing to Ouarzazate, dubbed “the Hollywood of Africa” for its topography and gorgeous landscape, which have attracted many world-class movie makers. After breakfast at your accommodation, we will travel to Marrakech via the old caravan routes and the high Atlas the mountains. Our first stop will be at Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, Morocco’s largest Kasbah. Built in the first half of the twentieth century by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains, Ben Haddou Kasbah was one of his destinations on his long journey from Sub-Saharan Africa to Marrakech, and it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On to Marrakech, crossing the high Atlas mountains with their stunning views and Berber communities. You is going to stop for amazing views along the way up to we reach in colorful Marrakech. overnight stay in your accommodation including breakfast.
Enjoy a leisurely pace this morning with a homemade breakfast before embarking on your exciting day. Our local guide will meet you to take you on a tour of the Medina’s cultural and historic sites, including the Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Jemaa El Fna, Marrakesh’s lively center.
After lunch at a nearby restaurant, we’ll walk through the crowded souks before driving to the serene and inspiring Jardin Majorelle and Yves Saint Laurent Mansion.
The last part of the day will be at your own pace.
After breakfast at the Riad, luxuriate in a real Moroccan hammam (spa) and massage, which is a must-do in Morocco! Hammams are deeply rooted in everyday communal life, involving an intensive steam bath and an Energizing massage.
A massage with oils will make you feel pampered and refreshed.
Your driver will take you west after breakfast to the Atlantic coast and the picturesque seaside town of Essaouira. The path takes you across large undulating grasslands and indigenous argan woodlands. If you’re lucky, you could find goats feeding on argan fruit in the trees, which is common when grass pasture is few or unavailable. Along the journey, you may stop at an Argan Oil Cooperative to learn how the valuable oil is harvested from the nut.
Arrive at the laid-back port city of Essaouira, a welcome change from bustling Marrakesh, and spend the remainder of the day as you want. Walk along the shore on the Skala de la Kasbah (the 18th-century seaside ramparts). Old brass cannons flank the walls and provide magnificent views of the Atlantic, which were designed by European engineers. Before heading to the windswept beach, explore the UNESCO-protected medina. Fans of Jimi Hendrix may like to take a short cab journey to Diabat, at the further end of Essaouira’s beach, where he allegedly spent some time .
You’ll have the morning free to discover Essaouira’s beaches. Take a walk and watch the windsurfers, or explore more of the Medina and the gorgeous beach town of Essaouira before saying your goodbyes and returning to Casablanca. Today, you will have a magnificent trip along the coast, stopping at the seaside cities of Safi and El Jadida. Arriving in Casablanca at 5-6 p.m.
